Our MP - Richard Bacon

Richard Bacon has been MP for South Norfolk since the 2001 General Election and has become an active local MP, involved in several important campaigns including the battle for clearer food labelling so that Norfolk farmers can get a fair deal and consumers can make an informed choice in the shops and supermarkets. He is a member of Diss and District Stockmen’s Club and lives in South Norfolk.
Our Councillors
South Norfolk Conservatives control South Norfolk Council with 38 of the 46 seats available from the elections for the district council in May 2011.
Norfolk County Council comprises 84 members, of whom 60 are Conservative. Eleven of them live in South Norfolk.
Our Members
The South Norfolk Conservative Association is South Norfolk's largest Political Party with over 500 members and several branches which organise social events and political meetings across the district.
Our offices are based in Denmark Street, Diss but we have an active team of Councillors and Activists in most of South Norfolk's 119 villages.
