It’s easy to forget how South Norfolk’s share of the Council Tax increased by 285% in just twelve years. But all that stopped on May 3rd 2007 when Local Conservatives took control of South Norfolk District Council with a 39 Councillors taking 20 seats from the Liberal Democrats who now have just 7 Councillors.
