About Neil

Neil Ward is 36. He has lived in Silfield Road, Wymondham for several years with his partner Michelle, who runs a business in the town.

Neil is a self employed business man specialising in promotions and sales consultancy. He enjoys gardening, sport and keeping fit.

Neil said “I am absolutely delighted to have been selected as a candidate to stand for South Norfolk Council and Wymondham Town Council where I live.

I think it is important to live in the Ward as this gives me a great insight into the needs of the people of the local area. I also believe it is vitally important that young people get involved in the decision making process on matters that affect the local area”.

Neil will not be afraid to stand up and speak out on the real issues that matter to the people of Cromwell’s Ward. He is very concerned about the potential massive increase in housing in the Cromwell’s Ward as he believes that it would be detrimental to the area. Neil is also concerned about the lack of a disabled access to Wymondham station and if elected he will press the appropriate authorities to do all they can to find a solution to this problem.

Neil believes we must do all we can to protect our environment. He very much supports the town councils project to make our area cleaner, greener and brighter.

If elected, Neil will work hard for all the people of Cromwell’s Ward, irrespective of their normal political views. Please support Neil at the polls on Thursday May 3 2007.
