South Norfolk District Councillors for Long Stratton Fighting for the Parishes of Tharston, Wacton & Long Stratton |
 | About AlisonAlison has lived in Long Stratton for 12 years with her husband Andrew. They have three Children, Emma, Huw and Megan. She previously worked as a nursing Sister at both Guys, and Greenwich Hospitals in London, and is now a trained Reflexologist Alison became involved in the Long Stratton Bypass Campaign in 1997, as it was obvious that the A140 had a huge impact on the local community. Despite a lot of time and money being put in by Norfolk County Council getting the scheme to its final stages, the distant East of England Regional Assembly recently refused to recommend the Bypass for government funding, stating it was ‘not regionally significant’. Alison has a keen interest in planning issues, and is personally involved with the ongoing campaign against the proposed Persimmon Homes development at Lime Tree Avenue. She will continue to fight for the provision of a bypass for Long Stratton. If elected, Alison will work hard for all the residents of the ward irrespective of their normal political views. | | | Contact AlisonAlison Thomas Briardale Ipswich Road Long Stratton Norwich Norfolk NR15 2TF Telephone 01508 530652 Email

| About StellaStella is the County Councillor for Stratton and brings a wealth of local government experience to the Conservative's campaign for Stratton. With her husband she runs an award winning Delicatessen and Café in the beautiful Market Town of Diss. She is am the Chair of Governors of the local junior school. Within these two roles I see the bureaucracy and waste from the District Council. That’s why I want to represent the good people of Norfolk. My personal hobbies are, supporting Plymouth Argyle and Norwich City Football clubs playing backgammon and eating good food. Areas that I am passionate about are sustainable local communities, local food and the preservation of Market Towns. | | | Contact StellaStella Rice White Cottage Semer Green Lane Dickleburgh Diss IP21 4NT Home 01379 742 718 Mobile 07919 488635 Email
