    On Friday 27th June there was a by-election for South Norfolk Council as a result of the sad death from cancer of the well-known former Mayor Brian Clark-Taylor.

    Eloise Ellis won the election

    Trevor Wenman    LibDem    768    41%
    John COWAN    Lab    63    3%
    Total        1872    100%
    Turnout            33.44%
