South Norfolk Conservative Association congratulates local member and District Councillor for Wymondham Rustens on becoming leader of Norfolk County Council.

Association Chairman Jeremy Savage said

"This is a well-deserved recognition of Daniel's special leadership qualities.  At 36 he is responsible for 26,000 staff and a budget of £1.3bn.  We're delighted that he has been elected by his peers to be leader of the County Council and we wish him luck putting the cause of Norfolk first."
