25th April 2008 CONSERVATIVE COUNCILS DELIVER BETTER SERVICES AT BETTER VALUE
The party's National Manifesto features case studies showing initiatives that prove that Conservative councils are tacking the issues that matter to local people. It then highlights our progress in clamping down on flytipping. The manifesto says "Fly-tipping – South Norfolk District CouncilSouth Norfolk District Council is winning the war on fly-tipping, having gone from one of the worst to one of the best performers since the Conservatives took control in May 2007. The Council has run a tough and highprofile campaign against environmental crime made up of four main elements.
