One week after the launch of local Conservative's Manifesto, our YouTube manifesto video has been downloaded over 500 times.

John Fuller, Conservative Group Leader on South Norfolk Council commented "In 2003, Conservatives missed out taking control of South Norfolk Council by only 400 votes in the six most marginal seats.

With over 500 views of our video we have already exceeded our target for the total number of viewings for the entire campaign.

We decided to take our campaign in 2007 onto the internet to talk with the largest number of electors. In the first week, we have already engaged with more people than we lost the election by four years ago and there is nearly a month of the campaign to run.

Our positive campaign sets out a distinctive program of change for South Norfolk and we hope that it will be the basis of a return to Conservative control in the district.
