Clayton Hudson

District councillor - Beck Vale ward
He’ll get things done in the parishes of Pulham Market • Pulham St Mary • Starston

Clayton is a Chartered Engineer and is a director within his family-run Norfolk based property management and maintenance business. He moved to Pulham Market in 2012 with his wife, Beverley. He has been an active Community Campaigner for over 15 years having served as a Parish Council Chairman and District Councillor in Cambridgeshire. Locally, he has played a big hand in getting super-fast broadband installed in the Pulham Market exchange but knows there’s much more to do to connect surrounding villages and outlying homes. He supports the Council’s comprehensive upgrade for the Diss Leisure Centre and knows about the importance of delivering the Long Stratton bypass. He was pleased about South Norfolk’s decision to refuse planning permission for wind turbines at Upper Vaunces Farm and he is proud of Local Conservatives’ record on improving recycling and on street cleaning. Clayton knows that South Norfolk’s policy of delivering best the possible services at the best possible cost can only be good news for residents who pay for these services through their council tax.
